A brand that crashes into your living room.

Our client was launching an interior design and architecture studio in London, and was looking to stand out from competitors.

The aim of this design project was for Riolondon’s brand identity to be the masculine voice in a sea of soft, feminine interior brands. Nico, the founder of Riolondon, was looking for a unique and exciting brand identity that communicated his values and mission and "crashed" into the interior design industry.

He loved our unique style and approach to design, and after working with us on a previous project, Villa Valeria, Nico was eager to collaborate with us again.

The Brief:

Standing Out From Established Interior Design Studios.

The brand believes that good design and bold design shouldn’t cost comfort and practicality, commonly being followed by many other interior design studios.

They also wanted to set themselves apart from others by adopting a masculine voice in a sea of soft, feminine interior brands. Nico's mission was to combine arts, bold design, practicality and immense attention to detail to create an experience that is loud and confident.

Being inspired by Nico’s desire to develop a luxurious yet affordable feel to the brand, we curated a bold brand identity that could voice his passion for unique and comforting spaces.

The Process:

Strategy, Colour Palettes and Logo Suites

To curate RioLondon’s identity, we took off by mapping out a creative direction that could voice the brand’s mission and personality. We needed a new colour palette that could reflect the masculine tone perfectly as well as a new bold and confident logo suite that could tell their story.

We established a strong and loud visual character that would convey customers to resonate with purposeful home design.

As we dove into the project, we also designed a fresh website that would match the tone of voice they were looking for. We wanted the entire brand experience to be consistent and accessible to all.
